The NZ Junior Men's and Women's teams will represent their country at the Pacific Junior Curling Championships in Jeonju City, Korea from the 16th - 21st January 2008.
They will play teams from Korea, Japan, and China twice in a double round robin format (6 matches). The teams ranked second and third after the round robin will play a one match semifinal, with the winner to play the top qualifier in a one match final. The gold medallist will qualify to compete at the World Junior Curling Championships, to be held in March 2008 at Ostersund, Sweden.
They will be competing against teams from Korea, Japan, China and Australia. Like the Women, they will play each team twice in a double round robin format (8 matches). The top qualifier will also play the winner of a 2v3 semi-final to find the gold medallist, who will compate at March's WJCCs in Sweden. Player ProfilesWomen
