AGM Information

The NZ Curling Association 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held in the Oturehua Hall at 8 pm on Friday,  27th March 2026.   Please note the earlier meeting date than the historical 'May' AGM. 

The 2026 NZCA AGM will be conducted as a hybrid meeting.  If you wish to join, please email support@curling.org.nz prior to 27th March for the link. 

Council and Club Secretaries, please pass this information on to your members. This is a reminder that all correspondence is emailed (per the Notice of Motion for the 2016 AGM).  

A reminder that both the Idaburn Council and Naseby Council are holding their AGMs prior to 7 pm:  Idaburn Council will be in the Oturehua Hall, and Naseby Council will be in the Supper Room. 

Registrations

Changes to Incorporated Societies Act

There are changes to the requirements of being an Incorporated Society which NZ Curling is working through.   Part of this requirement is for all members of NZ Curling to be registered to their clubs and have given consent to be a member, all Clubs are to be registered to NZCA.   

Club Members may also wish to register for NZ Curling to ensure they are on a communcations database.  see the 'Individual Registration' below. ​​​​​​​
