Administration Officer (Paid)

The New Zealand Curling Association is seeking a motivated and organised part-time Administration Officer to support the continued growth and success of curling across Aotearoa New Zealand.

This flexible role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working with sports organisations, volunteers, and community stakeholders. We have based the role and remuneration on an average of 10 hours per week (40 hours per month).

The Administration Officer will assist with day-to-day operations, including board and membership administration, event coordination, communications, record keeping, and supporting the Association’s operational committees and programmes.

The successful applicant will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using a range of digital tools and platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing sport while working with a passionate national sporting organisation and its volunteer workforce.

Experience in administration, sport management, or not-for-profit organisations would be an advantage, but enthusiasm, reliability, and attention to detail are equally important.

If you are interested in joining the team and helping shape the future of curling in New Zealand, we would love to hear from you. Please email support@curling.org.nz for more information.
